A TALE OF WINE AND FOOD IN TUSCANY: if you are in Italy and you have just enjoyed a typical (meaning big) Tuscan meal you will be offered some of this clear drink and trust me if I say that you might want to have some if your tummy is as full as a bagpipe, because it is the best digestive we have here! Well to be honest it is a bit strong (45%!) and tastes like fire, but sip slowly some of it after coffee and you will feel better. In a more elegant situation you could pair it with some 75% dark chocolate and enjoy the kick.
